Shipping Shepin bedroom set comes on one custom made pallet and one long box (shipped separately) which includes the middle and side support beams. All of the remaining parts are all shipped with the pallet. The bedroom set size determines the size of the pallet and the one box. The one box will have a predetermined date of delivery and typically arrives sooner than the pallet. The pallet shipping company will reach out to you to determine the best delivery day and time that works for you. |

Please contact us using the contact page and we will assist you with your return. We recommend saving the shipping equipment for a few weeks in case you decide to return. We aim to deliver products of the highest quality, but we acknowledge that some parts may incur damage during shipping. If you are unhappy with a particular part of the bedroom set please contact us and we will be happy to replace the affected parts. |
